Building Trust with the Johari Window

CAD$0+

A four-box model known as the Johari Window is a simple and useful tool for illustrating and improving self-awareness and a shared understanding between individuals within a group. In essence, it suggests that by both revealing more about ourselves—and requesting feedback from others—we deepen our relationships, and increase levels of trust.

It was developed by psychologists Joseph Luft and Harry Ingham for their group process program in 1955 (hence JO-HARI).
